邢正，男，汉族，中共党员，江苏大学工学博士，硕士研究生导师，渤海大学化学与材料学院专任教师。主要研究方向为聚合物凝胶材料设计及应用、精细化学品生产工艺研发。近五年先后主持江苏省级、镇江市级、横向项目10余项。发表SCI检索论文20余篇。授权中国发明专利6项（第一发明人），实用新型专利60项。讲授《化工文献检索与数据库利用》（本科），《物化实验》（本科）及《文献跟踪与实验数据处理》（研究生）等课程。
