吕欣然

吕欣然,现任职于渤海大学食品科学与工程学院,主讲《发酵食品工艺学》、《食品安全学》、《食品安全快速检测技术开发》等课程。研究方向为食品质量与安全、乳酸菌资源开发与利用。主持辽宁省自然基金1项,参与国家自然科学基金等项目多项。本人以第一作者及通讯作者发表10余篇相关研究论文,其中ESI高倍引论文1篇,SCI收录论文8篇。

1.辽宁省自然科学基金,面包乳杆菌ZHG2-1 AHLs降解酶对荧光假单胞菌QS的淬灭效应和分子机理研究(2020-BS-236),3万元,主持。
