赵旭东，博士，教授，
2014年入选辽宁省优秀科技人才支持计划。
近年来一直从事自动控制理论与应用的研究工作，在混杂系统、时滞系统、Markov跳变系统的稳定性、鲁棒控制及其应用等领域取得了一系列的研究成果。主持或参与国家自然科学基金、山东省自然科学基金等多个科研项目。在研究领域已发表（含录用）科研论文五十余篇，其中SCI源37篇，EI源49篇。其中第一作者SCI源期刊21篇；控制学科顶级期刊Automatica和IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control发表5篇；Systems & Control Letters发表2篇；IEEE Transactions系列期刊8篇；一区二区期刊17篇。发表的论文被Automatica、IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control等控制领域国际权威期刊SCI他引两百多次，截至目前Google Scholar被引用600余次；SCI统计指标中5篇国际期刊学术论文入选ESI-Top高被引论文（前1%），1篇入选ESI-Hot Papers（前0.1%）。申请人的部分研究成果得到了一些国际著名学者的公开评价。2012年应控制领域著名专家、Automatica期刊编委M. V. Basin教授约稿在2012美国控制会议（ACC）作特约报告。
目前担任国际SCI期刊Neurocomputing编委；SCI期刊Mathematical Problems in Engineering年刊“New Developments in Sliding Mode Control and Its Applications”客座主编；美国《Mathematical Reviews》评论员；同时担任控制领域权威期刊Automatica、IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control、IEEE Control Systems Magazine等十余种杂志审稿人。
