樊哲勇男,1983年生,博士,副教授。2010年毕业于南京大学,获理论物理博士学位。目前主要的研究方向为:声子与电子输运计算方法与程序的开发以及在两维材料中的应用。
结题基金:国家自然科学基金青年基金项目,《无序化石墨烯反点格中电子输运与能隙调控研究》,2015.01-2017.12
在研基金:国家自然科学基金面上基金项目,《基于石墨烯及其它两维材料的柔性热电材料的多尺度模拟》,2020.01-2023.12
主要科研成果
1针对经验多体势推导出一套优美的关于力、位力、热流的公式体系并据此开发出高效的开源分子动力学模拟软件GPUMDhttps://github.com/brucefan1983/GPUMD和一系列声子输运计算方法。主要相关论文为 [1-4] 
2开发了一套线性标度量子输运计算的算法和相关开源程序GPUQThttps://github.com/brucefan1983/gpuqt。主要相关论文为 [5-8]
