
樊哲勇,男,1983年生,博士,副教授。2010年毕业于南京大学,获理论物理博士学位。目前主要的研究方向为:声子与电子输运计算方法与程序的开发以及在两维材料中的应用。
结题基金:国家自然科学基金青年基金项目,《无序化石墨烯反点格中电子输运与能隙调控研究》,2015.01-2017.12。
在研基金:国家自然科学基金面上基金项目,《基于石墨烯及其它两维材料的柔性热电材料的多尺度模拟》,2020.01-2023.12。
主要科研成果:
