赵宁,博士,教授,硕士生导师。

入选2024-2025年度斯坦福全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单,辽宁省“兴辽英才计划”青年拔尖人才。哈尔滨工程大学控制科学与工程专业博士毕业。主要从事网络化控制系统、车辆协同控制及相关应用研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、辽宁省自然科学基金博士启动项目、辽宁省教育厅面上项目等,参与辽宁省基础研究计划、河北省自然科学基金面上项目等课题研究。以第一作者/通讯作者在国内外权威期刊发表高水平学术论文40余篇,其中IEEE汇刊论文20余篇、ESI高被引论文10余篇。曾获2025 IEEE Systems Journal最佳论文奖、锦州市自然科学学术成果一等奖2项、第18届创新计算、信息与控制国际会议最佳论文奖。指导4名研究生获国家奖学金,连续2届指导研究生全部成功考取博士研究生,录取院校包括东北大学、南京航空航天大学、空军工程大学;指导大学生参加竞赛获国家级二等奖1项、国家级三等奖3项及多项省级奖项。现任国际期刊 Complex Engineering Systems青年编委。
